You are right Kristina! As long as our intentions are good and our blogs are decent and genuine people will support irrespective of whether paid or free is immaterial. We can grow together with positive vibes in all respects at all times on all occasions irrespective of the location where we stay is irrelevant. I encourage and support your article and believe in it. Thank you very much. Kind regards.
Thank you for this Kristina! Once again a lot of useful information! I have only recently started adding and working on recommendations, it’s early days however, I have noticed a difference. The people I recommend receive a lot more recommendations than I do but I am fine with that as it helps them grow their audience and get their valuable content out there.
Recommendations are a great asset and I noticed an increase in the number of new subscribers, too, after receiving recommendations. But, let's be honest, no just receiving them makes you feel good. GIVING them is equally pleasant. After all, you endorse somebody that provides a valuable, genuine content. Win-win :)
Hey Kristina! You've mentioned in the past that you are being recommended by tons of newsletter writers on Substack. Does that mean you are also recommending tons of newsletters yourself?
Yeah recommendations can be pretty awesome! I have access to the back ends of a few different pubs through my VA work and seeing how many subs come from recommendations on some of them is astounding!
Thanks for the mention! I've been delighted to participate with your community. I've been just playing around with Substack for the last year, but I'm finding myself logging in more and more often lately!
I'm just getting started despite having my substack account for a long time. I wish i'd taken Kristina's class before I got started. With her help I'll get it done right. She is a gem. I'd recommend her all day long.

If only this recommendation feature worked for everyone and not for the few.

This video is so good. Thank you for creating it and sharing your knowledge so freely.

Thanks for yet another helpful and insightful post Kristina. I'm a fan of Substack School and the Writing Club community!
What a wonderful insight into the power of community and a great advert for Substack. Thanks Kristina!

Awesome info, Kristina! I’ve definitely seen some good success from other writers in my niche recommending my newsletter (and vice versa).
I registered but it didn’t work. Would actually love to see the people it worked for and what they had on common
I upgraded

Awesome. I just started earning new subscribers from recommendations. Such a great feature!
This sounds cool.
