In regrard to write what people WANT to read, it's not that easy. You need to write crap, learn from it and then analyse the data. So we all start writing crap and then we're getting better, am I right? :)
This interview and article is an excellent guide for all the Medium writers like myself that is just trying to make a name in the writing community :)
